I've been getting my nails done for over 25+ years consistently and this is possibly the worst mani+pedi experience. I was meeting friends for drinks and had time to spare and decided to go here because it was right by the train, it was empty and they could take me right away. Plus I wasn't getting anything over the top done. I started out by choosing a color, a glitter black. I begin my pedicure - no massage, a quick layer of lotion (even for regular pedicures some effort is put into both factors) and when painting started the employee smudged my toes on her own and instead of fixing it painted over it. I asked to please fix it and she said she will add a third coat. I asked again to please remove it and fix it because after the second coat the smudge was still very visible. The employee was clearly annoyed. I began my manicure after - no soaking was done. I was asked before color began how I would pay and I said by card and was told I could wait until the end to pay then. Color was started with no base. I questioned this and was told "it was a special color". I inquired why it was special and was just told again "it's a special color". There was no brand listed on the bottle I saw and the bottle was no different than dozens of others there. Midway through color I was told there's also an extra charge for the "special color". Asked again what is special but received the same response and this time was told it lasts longer. OK then. She then offered me a massage at the end when drying for 10 minutes for a small charge, which I declined. Fast forward to check-out and when giving my card to pay was told there's an extra charge for card. I questioned why I was not told this earlier when asked my form of payment and was told "there's an extra charge for cards"... The manicure chipped the next day so, so much for this special color. Overall I needed it for one day so it served some purpose but do not recommend this place.
